Game Changers Idaho and PowerSeeker Crossfit have teamed up to offer a physical fitness outlet that is experienced through functional movements for kids in the grades of 6th – 12th. Every ability, disability and skilled leveled athlete is welcome to join any and all of our Adaptive Athlete CrossFit Classes that we offer feeling welcome, comfortable and safe; these classes will help all of the athletes develop functional movement that is applicable to everyday life: for some of us, that means walking or running up the stairs, getting up after we have fallen, or picking something up safely while protecting our bodies. For others, this could mean working on our balance, standing up straight, learning to jump or even catching a ball for the first time. This program will be ran and supervised by Certified CrossFit Instructors who are passionate about making a difference and improving the overall health of each athlete who walks through the doors.
